People saying that an opaite rush is like an 'orgasm' is just a way of describing a hedonic, physical experience. Most people will only experience that sort of intensity if they are in pain or suffering from withdrawal symptoms.

This is a very subjective question and I think probably the best answer was as stated by MrJim in its like comparing apples to oranges... some people like apples, some people prefer oranges. Me?... I'd rather have a basket of oranges.

By Oral do you mean smoking or eating?

And I wasn't really asking if it felt like an orgasm, I was just wandering if people found it better then an orgasm.
