Eating just after poping
The general consensus is that one should avoid eating before and after taking mdma.
Swim has a different experience. He noticed that eating something soon after taking E (around 10 minutes) can really enhance the experience (higher&longer). Maybe it's particular to swim cos he is thin so he can run out of energy very quickly. My personal hypothesis is that an empty stomach is good because the pill is easily broken down and absorbed. In the mean time, a small amount of food ten minutes after taking will "push" the pill and help the substance to be absorbed further… Also, the food will provide a supplement of energy that will increase the roll and makes it last longer. Swim told me that a heavy meal can lead to barf though. Any thoughts/experience about this? PS: Sometimes swim scares me cos since he started to do drugs and went into forums, he is getting schizophrenic. He pretend he is someone who isn't him…

SWIM usually likes to have a decent meal 3-4hours prior to indulging the pills. A good source of protein and Vitamin C can help prolong or intensity the effects. SWIM likes to keep fruits (oranges, apples, bananas, pine apple, just to name a few...) while he is rolling since his appetite gets cut down, but one spends a lot of energy and sweats a lot while rolling. SWIM also recommends having Gatorate as a substitute to water.
