Help! on easing the comedown from a..

Swim has been on a 3 days foccalin xr trip and it has been incredible helpful in swims final exams. But now that swim is done and swim is out of foccalin well swim has 5 mg remaining. How should he best do this so he doesn't have a really shitty comdown. Swim is also drinking a few beers and smoking some ganga cz swim has some friends over tonight. How should swim best use that last bit to help swim come down? Quick response would be awesome. Thanks guys

swiy should just try to find some nyquil or tyenol pm or something.
swim has this problem when they take concerta during finals and then feels terrible and acts like a B*tch when theyre coming down. Swim recommends lots of water, trying to eat something with protein in it (like peanut butter or something) and then taking something that is sleep-inducing.

It might also be helpful to use a benzo right afterwards to moderate anxiety. To rebuild dopamine levels depleted by the focalin, try DLPA or Tyrosine. Both contain precursors to dopamine and DLPA can increase the body's re-absorption of endorphins which release dopamine.
