airplanes and lsd: Increased chance of flashback?

swim's dog flys very often to see his dad. swim's dog wanted to know if flying can increase the chance of an acid flashback? swim's heard that the pressure change of flying can make someone have a flashback.

Re: airplanes and lsd

Flashbacks simply don't happen with any frequency like most are lead to believe by the media. My dog has well over 1000 trips behind him and has never had one.

I suppose one might be triggered by an extremely stressful event and if flying is extremely stressful for your dog, the possibility is there but, I wouldn't worry at all.

Re: airplanes and lsd

I was expecting something different when seeing the thread.

SWIM was on a plane earlier today and thought the clouds looked totally awesome @ 30,000+ feet. He thought to himself, this would be absolutely beautiful on psychedelics. AnySWIy have experience with this? One would probably want to only explore it at museum levels with the security and the hassle involved with boarding flights these days, but the idea intrigues SWIM.

Re: airplanes and lsd

yes SWIM has had 2c-i and an oxygen tank on an airplane because swim told attendants swim's prone to panic attacks. it is very fun. and very low dose mushrooms are fun too, like one small one. as to not cause too much paranoia. clouds are cooool.

Re: airplanes and lsd

hi dudes

"My Macaque" took L.s.d on a flight too AMSTEDAM, and magic mushrooms it was superb. She was tripping out of her face flying the clouds looked amazing the inside of the plane was changing patterns and colours everywhere. When "The Naughty Monkey" reached amsterdam, she freaked out, she was tripping realy hard and was caught by the airport police. "The Freaked Out Simian" denied she took drugs on the plane and was not charged so she went to amsterdam central and went to a coffeeshop and bought 10 gramms of northern lights and smoked it in a water bong, marijuana is good for coming down a trip.

Re: airplanes and lsd

SWIM took a heavy LSD trip 2 days before a long flight a few weeks ago. I dont know if you could call it a "flashback" but SWIM had an unusual amount of dizziness and nausea. heavy tracers while traveling isnt fun.

Re: airplanes and lsd

Flash backs are more psychological related and nothing really to do with drug use, its really just an emotional experience linked to a specific thing like smell or music.

So hearing a song or smelling a certain fragrance could trigger the feeling or memories of the original experience, months or years later.

swim has had all sorts of things from dactora to research chems, lots of times and swim has never had a flash back.

With nowhere to hide, to pull back if it gets overwhelming? Better be prepared to hog the aircraft bathroom ...

My friend says:
No it's not, that's just one of those many myths people tell you, so you don't eat LSD.

Please use the search engine for queries regarding questions that can be answered in the rules instead of cluttering totally unrelated threads. Here is a thread explaining the use of SWIM: http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=40997 . For future inquiries, please regard the rules or the 'About Drugs-Forum' section of threads.
