Smoking Ketamine?

X was wondering if it was possible to make a smokable "rock" version of Ketamine (it being a hydrochlorise salt) in the same way you can with another famous hydrochloride salt. (eg, the baking soda process)

X has looked around the internet and has asked his friends but has found no information on this paticular subject.

So now X wondered if any of the folk here would care to pontificate on the subject......

...ie....

...is it possible?

...is it practical?

....is the process likely to increase the potency of the Ketamine on a similar scale as it does to the "other" hydrochloride salt?
