American Original Herbal Ecstacy - new formulations, anyone tried?

Not sure if this was the first Herbal XTC, but remember the product "Herbal Ecstacy", big red tablets with the butterfly logo on it that was around circa 1996?

Swim purchased some at the time, dosage was 1-2 tablets, he tried 3 without much effect, so dropped the other 7 and seems to recall it did something. These seemed to be everywhere, then suddenly dissapear off the face of the earth, perhaps due to law change?

Anyway, swim has noticed several vendors seem to be selling this again, and is curious if it works? He also feels a sense of nostelga

At least some of these products are claimed to contain Fly Agaric mushroom which could be dangerous, but is interesting none the less. Another concern is the DXM spiked Red Dawn being sold alongside, but this is at least from a diffrent manufacturer as far as Swim can see. It also appears some American products are starting to appear with "6 Triflouro" which Swim is guessing to be TFMPP, but I don,t thin k this is the case for the above list of products.

AFAIK they have not been gone. The name 'Organic Ecstacy Millenium' also indicates this.
SWIM too has been gulping mass amounts of these products to reach effect in the early nineties.

ah nostalgia...swim thinks one his first herbal ecstasies was a dutch product called EXIT in the late 1990's. it made for an interesting experience of duet singing on a deserted dutch beach, but swim was in the hands of excellent thai weed as well...remembering some kind of comedown / sleepless anxiety, but could have been the ephedrine

These were shown in the lab to only contain 10-12mg per tablet.

Back in the mid 90s SWIM and his partner were somewhat partial to a product called "Cloud 9" which contained ma huang and guarana, and I believe a couple other minor actives. Then they discovered that "Ripped Fuel" was essentially the same product for a fraction of the cost.

This was likely a contributing factor to people ODing when Piperazines started to be marketed as Herbal xtc. Pop 10 of those suckers and look out!
Whereas with the original herbal x you really did need to take an excessive dosage to get any effect.
