Re: Finally!

that is fantastic news. I bet swiy feels fantastic. I hope swiy is careful though as this can be a real danger zone. The old 'just use once to prove I am off it' effect is a real sneaky way that swiu's brain fools them.

Well done swiy!

Re: Finally!

Swim moved away from where swim could easily acquire pills/dope.....Swim doesnt plan on going back. So far it has been 14 days completly clean for swim......About a week or 2 before that swim started tapering down. Helped a little bit but swim still felt like shit for the first few days. Then it was diarrhea and anxiety. Swim is now working out daily etc etc......Swim feels ffuckin fantastic.

Re: Finally!

I am new here and need some help. SWIM has been on 20 lorcet 10's everyday for 2 years. SWIM quit coldturkey in march for about 2 weeks and never experienced any WD's at all. NOTHING-not even the runs, but SWIM started back slowly, out of sheer BOREDOM. My question is, how does one stay off of it. How does a person deal with the boredom and life with no dope. SWIM got so effing bored, didnt know how to act without massive amounts of opiates. Can anyone help SWIM??

Re: Finally!

Start working out........anything, go for walks. Hang out at a park etc etc........or if you really cant stop on your own seek assistance from someone else. Reach out to a close friend/family member for help. I went to my family and it helped alot. They were there for me the whole way and will always be. And it feels so fucking good to get things off your chest.

Re: Finally!

good job - i admire you

btw your absolutely right about how family members can help. I use my much younger brother and sister to keep me occupied and away from stuff. It seriously helps.
