When SWIM was teenager had heard from a friend that cola is used to be mixed with cinders and being snorted.
Has anyone heard of?If it's true, cidres for what?

but SWIM wants to find the best way to use , without IV or smoking crack .

One must heat up a metal pipe until it is red hot and snort a line of cocaine , as the cocaine passes through the white hot tube it vapourises .

So basically snorting with a cool twist ..

But what are the downsides to HOTRAILING ??? is it not as efficient ?

"Hotrailing" usually pertains to speed, or methamphetamines, which require much less heat in order to vaporize.

Cocaine HCl on other requires an extremely high temperature to burn (200 degrees Celcius). SWIM believes that it would be impossible for SWIY to get a metal rod hot enough hotrail cocaine. SWIY might just end up snorting hot powder

SWIM always wanted to drop a half Oz. in a bath tub and just chiiiiiilllll. Or a hot tub, you'd absorb it through your skin and your whole body would just feel oh sooo tingly and great. Hopefully no overdose who knows the surface area and amount your skin can absorb.

swim knows alittle chemistry behind cocaine, snorting, IV, IM, etc, etc. but just for discussion was wondering what injecting cocaine into gums or inner lining of cheek would do. "gumming" yeyo, it obsobs into gastrointestinal tract thus only getting 30-40% of the actual cocaine into play and was wonder if a more intense or longer/prolonged numbing would be acheived by actually injecting into swiys gums. swim has never really heard of people doing this and was curious.

swims cocaine days are long since over and thought it would make a semi-decent conversation piece.

however, there may be problems with purity with what the cocaine is cut with. if the cocaine was purified to pure cocaine(uncut) and then injected,would it be safe? or unsafe in general?

isnt the temperature of fire much higher than 200 degrees C??? why cant one smoke coke HCL. Swim has, out of a popper bottle, and it worked... somewhat, but not to the intensity that some people describe it

well usually, if the Hcl is sprinkled on say marijuana some of it vaporizes. which is why SWIM would have felt some. the base is much more stable

As cocaine is a known anaesthetic, SWIM was wondering how strong it is in that role and how much would be needed to offset a painful injectant.

Obviously it would work, just like lidocaine in the article. After all, cocaine was originally used for that purpose.

A simpler solution would seem to be don't inject benzos if it's painful. Is there a good reason for doing it?

Our members never cease to amaze me with their experiments. I guess it's human evolution that we need to try everything. Trial and error. I think we can note this one under error.

With that cocaine is an upper. It sounds rather strange to me to inject an upper to get effect from a downer. And besides that, if SWIY fails at anesthetizing he'd be in for a hell of a ride.

SWIM has never been interested in crack or IV coke . SWIM lovves coke powder , but wants a stronger effect from snorting it .

Forgive Swim if this sounds very noobish, for Swim has never used cocaine, just read about it. Swim hears that some substances are extremely painful to snort- eg. 2CB, so, would snorting a little bit of cocaine or rubbing a little bit of cocaine on the inside of your nostrils numb them so that the other substances wouldn't hurt?

No, cocaine isn't such a powerfull local anesthetic, lidocaine would be much better, and is still available OTC as a cream or spray in many countries.

Good quality cocaine will get the job done. As a matter of fact, SWIM has been using it for an awful case of strep he has. Really helps the ol' throat.

Yo, SWIDr. Gonzo should go and complain about the unbearable pain of strep throat to his doctor and get a prescription for some T3 or better. Hopefully SWIY has insurance so it costs virtually nothing. Nothing like a cheap, legal high D.

Cocaine, in medicine, is primarily used for numbing within the deep sinus areas prior to surgery or other painful operations. As a local anesthetic - the above is correct. Lidocaine (Xylocaine) is far more efficacious.

It's been covered.... drinking powdered cocaine works.. the typical guideline swim found was if 50mg insufflated gets one going.. then 250-300 oral will be a very nice treat. A distinct come-up, plateau, and much more relaxed come-down.

SWIM supposes this sounds sort of crazy, but would you absorb more of the cocaine and get more of an IV coke rush if a hypothetical monkey in a lab were to snort cocaine while its nose membrane is wet from a nose bleed.

SWIM has heard of opiate users cutting themselves with razors and then sprinkling it on the cuts to absorb it. Couldn't the same concept be stretched to an open-wound in the nose?

You could sprinkle some cocaine on a cut on your arm lets say, and feel it entering the bloodstream.

As for a bloody nose, my anteater says he never noticed a difference in quality or intensity of effects other than his nose would feel weird and hurt more the next day and he would regret it.

People, please don't snort cocaine when you have a bloody nose. The fact that it is bleeding is a warning sign as it is that you are damaging your nose. Snorting more won't get you any additional effects or feel like IV'ing (even to the extent that dropping some powder on an open wound would), and it is just further damaging an irreparable part of your body, of which you have only one.

So to summarize, the concept could be extended to an open wound (though it isn't recommended), but it sort of falters when you try it with a nose wound, perhaps due to lack of good circulation for the coke to catch a ride in. Not to mention for the second time that an injured nose isn't something you want to snort things into.
