Tobacco alternatives (Herbal Cigarettes)

Brousing online I came across Honeyrose Herbal Cigarettes, I dont have an addictive personality so i wasnt really atall bothered about the 0% nicotine content, but I do care for me health, and dragging cigarette tobacco into your lungs with no filter doesnt do you any favours. This alternative has 3.0mg of tar per cigarette, compared to this from erowid

This year's report includes a new table (Table 1) displaying the average tar and nicotine values, calculated on a sales-weighted basis, from 1968 through 1994. The Commission has added Table 1 to the report because these data have become an issue of current interest. The Commission intends to supplement Table 1 with additional data in future reports.(3)

And with such brands as "lucky stripe" containing up to 27mg of tar per cigarette. thats almost 1/10th of the tar content.

To add to this ofcourse they cost less, at xxxxxfor 20 cigs.

Now i did read elsewhere that the products arent "reccommended" for long term use, as they still pose the risk of cancers of the throat, but i did read it from a site that seemed to be very anti-drug use, in my reading of it it reeked of bias, and as far as i can see smoking rose petals and marshmallows cant be that bad?...

So, my point: Has anyone tried these alternatives, and if so what is your experience with them? I think ill order some the next time I do an order from the site (i seem to frequent it all to often) but it would be great to get some opinions first.
