How to enjoy hydrocondone Bitartrate w/Acetaminophen?

Hello all! I have been checking out this forum for a while and finally registered. I have a question for SWIM. SWIM told me the other day that she came across 2 Hydrocondone Bitartrate w/Acetaminophen 7.5/750. since she only has 2 what would be the best way for SWIM to enjoy them? is CWE needed or some other method?

1500mg of acetaminophen should be ok. If swiy don't have an opiate tolorance one chewed up should be good... if swiy does have a tolorance or wants to really enjoy it, swiy can take both chewed up.

Thanks - it sounds like SWIM will have a nice 3 day weekend. I think SWIM also has some cannibus to help get the job done

hope swiy dosn't have any tollorance. If so, 15mg of Hydro would be ehh..
at least to swim it IS. if so, swim wouldn't suggest a CWE, to keep as much Hydro swiy can!

swim recomends a few drinks with 2 vikes, although at higher doses the synergetic reaction can be a lil too much, at 15mg and maybe 3 shots... and a nice bowl of herb... swiy should have an excellent weekend

SWIM has given friends before who have never tried any opiates before in their life... SWIM, being greedy with his opiates, only gave his friend SWIM thinks it was 17.5mg. SWIM was very surprised but his friend while experienceing no negative side effects said he felt awesome. SWIM's opinion is that unless you thnk you might be super-sensitive to hydrocodone, take them both orally on an empty stomach... Within 45 minutes, you should feel blissful... If you start to get nauseous, just go and ly down as that seems to help a lot for those not wanting to just vomit and get rid of the nauseau immediately
