Drug info - Shirka - What is this opiate drug called in English ?

In Ukraine its called "Shirka" very dirty drug made of opium and some sort of acid or somthing. Got yellow colour and only can be injected. Its a homless people drug LOL . vet easy to get addicted, imposible to quit. Also this can be mixed with meth and injected.
Can some one tell what its called in english plz

Read the post please - it is pervetin in Odessa, it is acetylated (extracted) poppy straw in the Ukraine. What more do you want?
