Sub oral solution?

SWIM is going to be taking a very long, very needed break from opaites. SWIM was told by some friends that one way to make subs last, and to help with WDS is to take a visine bottle, empty it out refill with water, and put 1-2 (up to 4) milligrams of crushed up sub in the bottle and shake. When ever SWIM would be feeling ill he would take a drop or two and put it under his tongue, and repeat untill he feels better. SWIM has a very limted amount of subs and needs to stretch it so this would make a little last alot, and it will keep in the visine bottle for a long time. SWIM is planning to do this and is wondering if anyone ahs ever tryied this before? any thoughts for him?

a friend who was rx'ed these would take a razor blade and just take the tiniest sliver off when he was down to his last few. i have no clue how putting it in water would affect things... i'd just be worried about it going rancid or broken down!! water gets added to methadone disks at clinics at the time of dose.

Yes says Swim, he believes this could work. Buprenorphine has a solubility of 17 mg/ml in water and 42 mg/ml in alcohol and it is fairly effective sublingually as well. This may be a good technique to conserve Swiy's goods. If Swiy tries this method, he should post his results.
