UK: racemic amphetamine sulphate

SWIM's dealer sells some wicked phet , dark yellow color , very moist and chunky powder . Keeps SWIM and SWIM's friends awake and chatting all night with intense rushes , sometimes accompanied by a slightly unsettled stomach . SWIM swallows this phet in cigarette papers and usually around a gram each . Still SWIM isn't sure which type of amphetamine this is . any ideas anyone ?? anyone get anything similar ?? if it makes a difference SWIM is from U.K ..??..

It also must be very cut or SWIY would not be swallowing that much, but then most UK 'sulphate' is very low in purity.

Its actually very nice , strong stuff . Last week SWIM took it 3nights in a row and had absolutly no comedown whatsoever . It's much better and stronger than any white sulphate or rock amphetamin . It's got a very strong amphetamin smell and potent bitter taste . SWIM is used to swallowing amphetamine without cigarette papers but SWIM just can't handle the strong taste of this stuff .

It's not very strong stuff if swiy is swallowing a gram of it at a time. That's a very large dose with a high tolerance.

It is easy enough, even with (or perhaps especially!) with good quality base amfetamine sulphate to build up to that level quite quickly - remember that we are not talking about methamfetamine here.

yeah this isn't meth its sulphate . thats what we get in the UK , no one does meth here . It is good phet sulphate and swim has quite a high tolerance and swim and all of his friends easily take a gram a night . One of swim's friend buys 3.5grams on friday and its completely gone by sunday morning . you're thinking of meth , if not you must use nearly pure amphetamine or just have a low tolerance , as sulphate , even very good quality base is easy to take a gram a night .

your very lucky dude as down this way as SWIM said the amphetamine is awfull so crap you need a 3 and a half for a good rush otherwise your tucked in bed at 10.00 lol lol

i dunno bout the qaulity really swim is a big guy (15st) and the base swim would buy there was no way you could bomb a gram at a time 1/3 gram max and that would make you rush from head to toe.

Same up here m8, swim can last from a Friday through to Sunday with half a gram. And thats been most weekend's for the past year so tolerance should have kicked in too.

Nik is really curious now about this racemic amphetamine sulphate, he has never heard of it and would like to know if anyone has information on a synthesis. I will double check the chemistry forum , don't recall ever seeing it in there. Thank You for any kind of info , sounds like it could be a nice feel.

What is the difference between racemic amphetamine sulphate and just normal amphetamine sulphate and how can you tell the difference between the two compounds?

Because SWIM is liking the sound of racemic amphetamine sulphate but he was wondering if this is what is commonly sold in the UK because he is about to purchase some speed through a friend of his and is very curious about what he is actually buying from him. SWIM doesn't like the slang term "speed" for it doesn't say much about the compound.

So how can SWIM tell if he is purchasing meths, racemic amph sulphate or just amph sulphate?

His guess is that either he can perform a some sort of chemical test on the compound that probably involves identifying methyl groups - or maybe the colour of the drug will give away its identity?
