SWIM and SWIY had a very bad and extremely scary experience recently. SWIM and SWIY was at a party in the afternoon where there was food and drink. SWIM and SWIY indulged and both and then went to a local bar where the festivities were extended. Large amounts of alcohol and some blow were consumed. At one point, SWIY got really messed up and started acting strange. At this point, SWIM took SWIY home, where the symptoms worsened and SWIY got violently ill – couldn’t talk, was in a daze and even couldn’t stand up. Then the onslaught of vomiting took place and then SWIY crashed into the bathtub and just would not snap out of it. During these nightmarish events, SWIM, discovered that a large amount of blow was mysteriously missing. SWIM is not sure, but suspects that maybe SWIY consumed it and wants to know if it possible if the result of such would put SWIY into this state, or could it have been just alcohol poisoning? Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, SWIY came out of it, but instead became extremely belligerent and nasty.
The next day, SWIY was in a daze, still very out of it, but here’s the worst part – when SWIY went to move their bowels, it was all blood and a lot of it! Has SWIY heard or experienced anything like this before or might know what caused this? A similar experience happened before, but not this extreme or this severe (no vomiting, just all messed up, almost in a psychotic state, for a shorter period of time, no bloody stool – although this time there was no stool, just blood, and SWIY eventually just passed out). If SWIY could offer any help or ideas, SWIM would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! |

Re: Please help - scary event!
Did SWIY accidentally swallow it or something, not knowing? That may explain the bloody poops?
how much coke was "missing"? |

Re: Please help - scary event!
Mixing cocaine with alcohol produces a highly toxic substance that fucks up the liver - and that prolongs the action of this. I won't go into the technical aspects to keep this easy to digest. But: Do not mix cocaine and alcohol at all if possible. It becomes a liver-poison. The liver detoxifies things you put in your body that otherwise could make you sick - or worse. Compromise the liver functions - all hell breaks loose.
It sounds like SWIM just found out the hard way. I hope SWIM is feeling better by now. |

Re: Please help - scary event!
Thanks for all the info and insight, however, the only thing that doesn't make sense to SWIM is that SWIY has indulged in both these substances before and in even larger amounts and nothing like this has ever happened, not even close and SWIM also forgot to mention that with the first experience there was no blow involved. Could it be something else?

Re: Please help - scary event!
By any other name - yes. Also called cocaine alcoholate. Bad stuff. That's why coca wine was popular back yonder - it really fucked people up. Including one of the Roamn Pope's who wrote about it's Godly powers! LOL.

Re: Please help - scary event!
Like someone tabbed your drink with some alphabet drug like GHB? Maybe. But we'll never know. For SWIM's information, SWIM's liver could have been busy detoxifying it's limit for the time being. Something one ate, drank earlier, so forth. That could account for the difference this time. Overload.
But the absolute thing we do know is that cocaine and alcohol is a very bad and dangerous mixture. Anything else is speculation, right? So this covers the question as fully as can be without blood tests and chromatographs done at the time. |

Re: Please help - scary event!
Or maybe a concurrent case of food poisoning ?
GHB would not cause blood in stool, but Salmonella would. It would also make someone already wired and dehydrated super-sick. SWIM has suffered food poisoning a few times and it felt like bad acid with extra gastrointestinal symptoms. Also, maybe the coke was cut with something nasty ? Best take a break either way |
