Smile pickard/apperson..what good and strange years

Hey, swim just wanted to drop by to pay respects to pickard/apperson. swim lived in kansas betwen 1990-2000 and then he thought that havng "shitpiles" of blotter floating around was normal. Hope someone takes up the cause soon. Swin tried most all of their typical blotters. The felix was the best in swim's opinion. swim also tried the purple jesus and there was something floating around with music notes on it. It was ok as well. Swim got good white blotter as well then. The beavis and butthead was kind of dirty feeling, maybe something went wrong somewhere. Swim smoked alot of hash and did three hits and thought everything was evil. Like swim said, it was wierd being able to buy blotters at school and dose in spanish class. All these wierd kids in Kansas running around f#cked out of thier brains on cid. Swim took several hundred hits of it and has to say that most of it was good. On swim's best weekend he took 20. Coures this was over a 3 day period. and by the end of it there was a HUGE tolerance. Swim wasn't even trippin and everyone else was. Funny, swim thought it was from california or something and in reality it was done a little more than an hour from swim's doorstep. Swim wonders if there are others who lived there then and if they have stories????

Re: pickard/apperson..what good and strange years

a guy i know lived in southern california in that same time frame and remembers all of the cid you mentined. Most of it came from a source in another part of california and maybe (likely) that Pickard had been the origional sorce of it. Swim remembers 2 different felix the cats (different color backgrounds) he said he doesnt remember bevis and buttheads feeling dirty though, in fact, it was quite good he insists. strawberrys were good, alot of people raved about purple jesus' but swim cant specificly remember anything special about them, just another trip to woderland.
if you didnt specificly say kansas id think you were talking about a town just north of la county. anyway, if youre looking for stories there is a big long thread in this forum called lsd experiences. there are some interesting stories there.

from Wikipedia
Quote:
He is currently appealing a 2000 conviction in which he was sentenced to 2 concurrent life sentences without the possibility of parole for conspiracy to manufacture LSD at a converted Atlas-E nuclear missile launch facility in Kansas. Pickard denies the charges and claims that he was investigating the emerging use of ayahuasca and DMT analogues.

And yet child molesters are illegible for bail after 2years if not earlier. I can't believe that a girl like Paris Hilton got millions of fans(well maybe not that much, but still a fairly large number) to protest against her serving a 41 day sentence for driving while intoxicated after being caught on a few occasions. In the end, she is serving a 23 day or so sentence and she is isolated from the rest of the inmates - justice is served!

Re: pickard/apperson..what good and strange years

yeah he got life without possibility of porole. Its funny you mentioned other crimes. in Vermont recently a man molested a very young boy and got probation (no jail). Yet LSD carries such a stiff penelty. If it be not so sad, id almost have to laugh.

Re: pickard/apperson..what good and strange years

The Vermont case was seized upon by FOX News and Bill O'Reilly. The reason is that certain legal protocols were not met. Vermont believes in the law and does not tolerate lying and deceit by police. Period.

As for FOX News, there "news" team - with O'Reilly - invaded the state house in Montpelier and roughed-up the legislator in the cafeteria. Pushed him and shoved him calling Vermont some pretty nasty names. The police removed the FOX News team. Charges are being considered against O'Reilly for a string of felonies.

This is all over the news here. Invasion and assault of legislators in the state house is a mighty serious crime! But, strangly, this news has been blocked in the rest of the Nation.

" Pickard had an extensive criminal history dating back to 1964, for numerous charges ranging from forgery and false identification charges to arrests for manufacturing controlled substances and carrying a concealed weapon."

Obviously wasn't a once-off offence. But life is still too harsh.

AW: pickard/apperson..what good and strange years

best thing about this case is that unbelieveble 91 pounds of LSD. Actually, it where only 7 ounces of LSD, found in substances out of the container, which weighted approximately 91 pounds.

that's the same if you say "wow, that guy weights 15 tons!!!!" and you add his truck in which he's sitting to his body weight.

it's just sad, that hurting a child seriously and potentially destroying his/her complete life and sexuality only resulsts in 2 years of prison, while you can get way more for just distributing miniscule amounts of LSD, or even possessing 5 blotters for personal uses, and at least the latter doesn't do anything to anyone besides the user.

general stupidity is more like a requirement today.

Does anyone see how fucked up it is that the people who use missile silos to make a chemical thats never killed anyone get life sentences, but the people who use those same silos to store weapons that could destroy civilization get commended for their “ service to the nation ”?
