In the uk,heroin tends to be sold in a carrier bag with a knot tying it or cling film etc,and a friend of mine said he went to the USA and out there it comes
in like special envelopes with actual brand names and pictures and stuff that
supposedly denotes its strength,kind of like with xtc tablets,can i ask any of you in the USA if this is the case all over the country? or specific to particular cities? and whats the general weight of a street deal over there? and is the tar stuff the most common form available countrywide?
