adderall and klonopin, best synergy?

swim has been recently experimenting with these 2 drugs (he is prescribed the hghest milligram on both of them) Swim usually does not abuse his meds, as he does need them, however every once in a while he does. Recently Swim have been taking 7-8 of his 30mg adderall everyday for the past 2 days, he has noticed now, that when he takes tht much even though his tolerance is high, he has very hard time catching his breath even when sitting down, it got so bad that after he had been up for almost 2 days, his heart started to hurt (horrible chest pains) and couldnt seem to catch his breath, then his fingers got all tingly, then the bottom of his face by those glands right above your neck, they started to get tingly and when he stood up, he nearly fainted, he had to lay on the ground for a second. He was drinking plenty of water and even forcing food down. He decided he would take 2 of his 2mg klonopin, to see if that helped at all with his shortness of breath, he wasn't sure if it would get worse or better. Thank god though, swim was flying, all of a sudden he got really relaxed, breathing slowed down, and he felt HAPPY, which is unusual for a person on a 2 day adderall binge of that amount. Swim never even thought to take his klonopin, as he hasnt taken it in almost a month now. Swim was wondering what the best way (most euphoric synergy?) to combine a stimulant with a benzo as in, is it better to binge for a couple days, then when your feeling like shit, take the benzo and sleep. Or Take the benzo and the stimulant at the same time, or take the stimulant first, feel the effects, then drop the benzo... or the other way around and take benzo first then stimulant once effects kick in?

First of all..
210 - 240 mg Adderall in one day is not a good idea. Especially if swiy is taking Adderall XR. Swim is also prescribed to Adderall XR (40 mg) and Klonopin (1 mg PRN). Combining large amounts of the two drugs has given swim some weird feelings, but these feelings were in no way considered synergistic. In order for one to get the most out of each drug, swim reccomends that swiy first take the adderall, and when its effects have almost completely ended, take the klonopin.

It's not too dangerous to double or triple a dose of clonazepam, but swim reccomends swiy keep the Adderall dose as close to the prescribed dose as possible.

when that happenns you should take some asprin sounds like you were pretty close to a heart attack.try to cut back...take 3 or 4 with some tums for a stronger affect...sounds like your in for one hell of a comedown
