Opinions - How come when i drink..... My flamingo wants to take other drugs

How come when SWIM get drunk... it makes SWIM want to ROLL and or DO Coke... and SWIM usually ends up doing that while drunk or coming down from the buzz??? Anyone have this same problem.. Like the drinking isnt enough SWIM needs to resort to get even higher then SWIM already is?????

swims the same way,hell wake up the next morning and be like WTF?he then relizes he bought 200$worth of coke and its all gone into his veins,its probly because alcohol lowers your inhibitions and just makes you want to have fun.

SWIM oftens gets that urge too although he rarely acts on it. I guess alcohol is just a very accessible, mundane drug for many and people want a little bit more of an experience. Cannabis seems to work for SWIM though. A light smoke after a drinking session usually kills off any urge to drink more or look for other drugs.

swim was in the military 7 years ago and home visiting his friend who invited him to this party. earlier that day swim had bought some of those fake mushrooms at a head shop and ate them at the party. swim was also drinking in unhuman amounts. he saw some guys smoking out of this enormous bong (before he was in the military he used to smoke alot) and when he saw them smoking he thought they were taking pussy hits so he said "sit back and ill show you the right way to smoke" he proceeded to hit it when the expantion hit his lungs and he caughed everywhere (probbably pissing everyone off) he walked (or stumbled) outside to smoke a cig (or fag for you brits) and turned around and he was lost. keep in mind he grew up in this town and it was only 2 miles from his moms house but he was absolutly lost. he never did find the house of the party again and had to stumble home (3 steps forward, stumble back 2) it took a long time to get home. the next day he had a very unpleasent call from his friend about the wild shit he was doing that night...most of it he couldnt even rememer. just another typical day for swim back then....drinking always brought out swims best.

Alcohol is a depressant, i expect this contributes to cravings for stimulants.

Swim certainly has similar problems with alcohol e.g. chain smoking, rolling when he has to go to work the next day.

SWIM would say its because being intoxicated makes you do/say things you normally wouldn't do. Even if you do Rolls or Coc occasionally, Alcohol will just lower your ability to care what you put in your body. Thats what SWIM thinks.

Alcohol is a paradoxical drug. It begins by stimulating the central nervous system, and then turns into a depressant. This may explain the desire to take more stimulants - as the alcohol switches gears from being an upper to a downer.
