I've tried morning glory (heavenly blue) a few times and have had positive experiences with it once i found my dosage .. I used the water extraction on the seeds and gradually raised my dose each attempt till i found the right amount of seeds for me (in my case 600 seeds)... I have felt a little bit of nausea in the begining a couple times but it always passed and never lasted longer than half an hour... now the taste of the drink it self is what i think is the worse part, just thinking of that taste makes me want to gag... but the trips were always enjoyable.. especially when i found the right amount... so i enjoyed it..

Heavanly Blue are my personal favorite. Although I personaly have never
use a water extraction I have had succes using high proof liquor 90 or
higher works best, and the liquor overpowers the "nutty" taste of the
seeds.

Using good whiskey and 350 seeds I had a very interesting trip. Eating
them raw isn't a the best way to eat them the seeds give horrible
nausea, and they are a pain in the ass to chew up and swallow.
