Other - Mushrooms through the mail?

Would mushrooms shipped more than 1700 miles be worth it? They're impossible to find where I'm from, but a friend recently took a vacation and says he met a guy out there that will mail them to him. I don't know prices yet, but would there be any kind of potency loss issues or anything like that? It's gay, you have to buy atleast 1/2 pound. but with so far to go I can see how that'd be the case. anyway, let me know. thanks.

If they are well dried that shouldn't be a problem. But if they're fresh it's possible they will be rotten...

SWIZ could grow them. If all they need is a little bit for them self and some friends then make a few PF tek jars. Theres a lot of information here to help out with that.

It could be done....thats all that needs to be said. If shipping internationally then forget it, not worth the risk.

Depends if the shrooms are legal to import in SWIY's country, and if they're legal to export in your friend's source's country. If so, why not, as long as it's dried?

You could just go the (IMO) surer way of growing your own shroomies. I'm sure there must be a good feeling of having grown your own shrooms using the powers of mycology. SWIM has always wanted to do that himself

Also note that the mushrooms would probably have to be vacuum sealed, otherwise the quality would diminish greatly.

just grow them yourself!!!its so damn easy,my grand mama dosent know anything about mushrooms and she grows pounds!!! theres several sites online that Swap in botanicals and fungi spores find them and those people are 90% trustworthy,a site im on give out free spores all the time!



anyone know how changes in altitude would degrade the mushrooms lovely potency?
