Not worried but confused: 9 Pills of MDMA

One night swim and his mate had a night of doing pills. It was spread over the most of that evening up until about 5 in the morning. In that space of time swim and his mate had done 9 pills each. Everytime swim tells somone this they don't believe it but it's true. Swim wonders if it is because they were weak? Swims mate threw up but swim didn't.

9 pills is more then you should take in a night (it becomes useless after a point), but its not insane. Being from Leicester, its very likely that the pills were relatively weak. Most of Europe seems to be that way, outside of Amsterdam. Throwing up has little to do with amount consumed. How long did the buzz last, start to finish? And how experienced is SWIM?

SWIM is sure that there are many forum members who have lab rats that can say they've also done the exact same thing before. Of course it's possible to keep on taking pills into the early hours of the morning, it's just not a wise thing to do. As Namoop said, the pills just start to lose any effect after a certain point.

Of course, taking so many pills will also increase the amount of negative after-effects and side-effects, as well as make the hangover worse. Better to just keep it at 1 or 2 doses, then call it a night. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing.

As far as nobody believing SWIY, who cares? Also, they obviously don't care about how many pills SWIY can do in one sitting, so SWIY might as well just let it go.

SWIM has taken too much MDMA in one sitting before and suffered some pretty ill physical effects, as well as a rather intense anxiety attack. But unless SWIY has the pills lab tested, it would be pretty hard to determing how much actual MDMA was in them.

SWIM himself has done this many weak pills, but also in combination with something he didn't realize would suppress their effect, he infact felt nothing from them, though a friend who had had trouble getting good/any effects did really well off them... some different friends of SWIMs did while drinking 16 pills a piece, that were probably medium but definitely OK quality, He doesn't know why so many, and hasn't asked,but they have done it before and are still walking or stumbling (if it was the day after) about the world. SWIM would not suggest that anyone do this many though, as said MDMA effects will diminish, until its pointless SWIM finds that after 3 pills he's seretonin reserves are pretty empty, so rarely goes much past that.

That pills was probably very weak,SWIM has taked 10 pills on the rave,but after 5th pill,magic disappear.Taking 5+ pills is worthless.

some pills are good and some are shit, after time all they do is keep you awake and gurning. I think with a standard pill these days 4/5 is all you need (for the entire night), but 2 is still fun. however sometimes you can still get a VERRY strong pill, so I'd say it's best to start with 1, also these days there are a lot of fakes or really crap pills about so it depends. most are allright and 4/5 will sort you out

Or be an inteligent drug user and spend the price you would pay for 1 pill on a test kit that will test 50 pills and start testing swim's pills before they start munching them down like candy. With a test kit siwm can at least tell if the pills are any good. Good thing swim's pills didn't contain PMA or something. lol

the price of 1 pill?! Don't need a specific price (breakin da rules innit) but 1 pill costing the same as a testing kit!? thats either very expensive pills or very cheap testing kits. don't kits normally cost over $20?

over here £10 (like $18) will get SWIM either 5, 6 or 8. I doubt SWIM could get that many testing kits for a tenner!!

It's really not important what kind of deals SWIY can get on pills, Tekken. Pinkavvy was merely saying that it's a good idea to invest in a pill-testing kit so SWIY can at least get a good idea of what's in their pills and not ingest a dangerous adulterant.

Think about how many times SWIY has spent extra cash on some amount of drug which was used up in a matter of hours. May as well put some of that cash aside and invest it in something that could potentially save lives.

Agreed, swia remembers a certain associate who used to love taking pills and he took a lot. He always say he'd be fine and that he need more because of tolerance we even begged him to wait for his tolerance to go down. He was found a week later in his flat by another close friend of his, listening to the same music in his chair like he did. They reckon it was a stroke, Also to note he did not keep himself hydrated either so that may have contributed. friend who found him like that is still recovering from it. years later.

Swia is still to explore the pill culture and has yet too, she is aware of testing kits. but you never know what your getting now a days or the concentrations in a pill. hence why with testing mdma powder seems a safer route.

The powder is likely more pure. Pills: Make a simple cut to extend profit. Now grind in some meth or PMA to extend the effects.

But the test-kit should be a pre-requisite for getting a pilot's license to fly.

it's a great idea but dealer's over here would be confused if you pulled out a testing kit before buying, do you buy 1 then test it?
what if it test's as something that is not MDMA? do ya throw it away?
this is all for curiosity as SWIM's pill popping days are virtually over (aside from the odd one at a gig etc)
these kits seem to be popular and I'm pretty sure you can buy them from head shops here, but Iv'e never know anyone who has. word of mouth seems to do just fine, dodgy pills are well known (for example the speckled sharks of 05/06) and dealer's won't make sales on them.

It depends on where you get your test kit. Swip buys bottles of reagent for about the average retail price of one pill... not talking about the hookup price or the wholesale price. and one bottle is enough to test about 50 pills. well worth it.

The way I see it, if you can afford to buy the drugs, then you can afford the tools needed to do them safely. Ie, a scale if it's a powder... especially if a delicately dosed substance ... and in the case of ecstacy a fucking pill testing kit. marquis reagent is cheap and there is NO reason why anybody who does ecstacy doesn't have some marquis reagent.

As for when to test them? Swip has been known to sit infront of his friends to pick up a few boats. he would open one of the sealed boats, crush the pill and test it in front of the friends. swip is lucky enough to almost always get clean rolls. swip has also been known to tell his "friends" that the 5000 pills they brought him are not acceptable and had to take them back. since that happened twice, swip has never had a problem since.

buying just one pill? ask the dealer for a small broken corner chunk from the bottom of the bag to test. if the dealer isn't ok with swiy testing it, then don't buy from them. likely the kid standing to their left, their right, and behind them will be more then happy to sell swiy a pill anyway.

going to buy a few? buy one first, test it preferably in front of the dealer, then buy the rest.

Personally Bongo would not use anything that is not tested both qualitative and quantitive. It's not about getting high - it's about looking inside without your heart rate exploding so you can dance all night - like a rat in a maze shaken by some unknown "chemist."

The very least you can do is cough up and get a test-kit.

Where Swim lives there is a place where we can test the pills for free. It's an organization that tries to help minimize the damage from illegal drugs. So if Swim is not sure what the pill contains Swim can go test it there. Off course having pills on you is still illegal but they try to help people, and Swim finds that they really are a great organisation.

Haven't been on in a while but am glad to find such a response! SWIM is now looking into buying a testing kit but has no idea where to start. Before he asks for obvious answers he is going to search the forum. If he can't find anything he'll get back to y'all.
Swim understands that it's much more worth while getting a kit than trusting to luck. If he died it wouldn't be fair on friends and family. Think on tiddly peeps

In SWIM's experience this is nonsense. Swim's area (north england) gets plenty of strong pills.

Swim has seen people with large tolerance guzzle copias amounts of pills (6 - 8) with minor ill effect. Maybe this is testament to either the tolerance and / or the benign nature of mdma (ld50 is 100-300 mg/kg).

MAN! there have been a lot of weak pills around here but then strong ones the next weekend. thats why SWIM always takes one then sees how swim feels then more if needed.

one weekend swim took 7 orange crowns by himself
