Drug info - old LSD & Mescaline Research vials

Hi, I’m new here, with a question. I found some interesting little vials and bottles at an estate sale, including a few labeled LSD and mescaline. They are empty. Apparently they had been used by someone doing research long ago. I’ll probably be putting them on eBay, and that’s why I’m here, to see if anyone can tell me more accurately their age, rarity, value, or anything else of interest. I know from the research I’ve done on LSD and Sandoz Co. that that one must be from the 1950s or 1960s, but I would like to be able to pinpoint their age if that is possible.

First, the Mescaline. Here’s everything written on the bottle:
1904 - 1gm - LOT D3303

(in pen someone has written “1/61”)

Your curios are from pre-1966, which is when Sandoz halted exports of LSD-25 (Delysid) to the USA. The Mann company was, indeed, a seller of synthetic mescaline back yonder. So I am inclined to believe you have the real articles/artifacts.

It would be impossible to put a price or value on your find. Someone would give you a dollar. Someone else would give you a thousand. And someone else might offer you a shiny, new nickel. But I can tell you this: The items you have belong in a museum that is yet to be built. I'd hold onto to them for now if I was in your shoes.

My sea monkeys have been holding on to their old RC-shipment containers for their later historic value. It'd be hard to offer them enough money to take them away.

Well you could always put it in the DEA Museum

Swmi´s so angry that he was grabbing his pervitin tube so often, not realizing, that he should have treated it more carefully to avoid the prints coming of...
where could he find a perfect conditon, full box of perv from the seventies again?
At least he took some photos of it, some years later when he was realizing that this might be a precious document of time´s past and realizing that it´s worn from grabbing it.

Of course this doesn´t beat having a vial of Delysid or LSD 25 ;D

I'd also like to say that those are a definately interesting find. One day I hope they will be carefully displayed in a museum of psychedelics and psychoactives. Please keep good care of them for us, or otherwise find someone responsible to entrust them to.
