UK - Book in the UK on how to avoid getting busted for drug use

A person SWIM smoked bud with told SWIM of a book written by a ex-policeman on how to avoid getting busted for drugs use. I'm not sure if the book is specific to cannabis use, the person was pretty unsure but SWIM trusts it exists. What SWIM wants to know is if anyone knows the book or a book along the lines of what SWIM is talking about. Any other resources on how to avoid getting busted from drug use would be appreciated also.
