Question about methods of Oxycontin administration.

SWIM is wondering what is the best/most effective way to take Oxys besides shooting it? In the past SWIM has removed the colored coating, crushed the pill and snorted it, this is how SWIMs friends always told him to do it to get the best high as well. But SWIM is wondering would it be just as effective to remove the coating, crush the pill, then put the contents on a small peace of napkin and swallow it (aka Parashoot it). Besides delaying the onset a bit will this still give the same high as blowing it?

if one was to do as mentioned and parachute the crushed up contents, that would still be good because it would be defeating the time control. However, the difference would be time to feel effects as mentioned, as well as intensity, it would take some time to dissolve so it wouldnt all hit one at once, but the overall effect would probably be very similar.

The opiate bioavailabilty chart says it could be up to 87% available orally and intranasal info is pretty iffy so I would say shooting it is definitely not worth the risk.
