SWIM's first time - 180mg Codeine: nothing happens??

SWIM drank 3 60mg Codeine/300mg Paracetamol pills expecting to have a nice first time Codeine high , but nothing happened, except some stomach pain . Could this be that SWIM is digesting the pills too slowly or that too much Tramadol developed ultra high tolerance even with Codeine?

are you saying that the cause SWIM didnt feel anything its because of the Acetaminophen?

That would be incorrect. You would feel it just the same with Acetominophen. Tramadol might have raised your threshold. 180 isn't really a huge amount - maybe swid just always had a higher tolerance. 180 wouldn't really do anything to swim, but again he is not a good example. How much Tram was swid ingesting and how frequently?

400mg two or three times per week last 2 weeks
300mg one or two times per week before
200mg per week the first weeks

would Tramadol tolerance develop Codeine tolerance too?
I am confused. I though it would be my CYP2D6 enzime, but Tramadol used to work really nice

Any opiate or opiod works on the same receptors therefore cross-tolerance exists across the board for any of these types of drugs from codeine to heroin, even Kratom which is neither an opiod or opiate, but works on the same receptors! It's possible an enzyme issue though, because 180mg should still provoke some sort of response, even with your history of tramadol use.

Swim would say that swiy should let her miniaturized receptors recuperate until she is ready to have a more pleasurable experience. Having swiys tolerance the cause of such a negative outcome, what more can they do but to stray from their routine just a bit.
