drug test: bleach method (Warning, this method does not work!)

SWIM has recently put in a application for a new job around my house, well after they approved of SWIMs application they told him a date to come in and take the companys required drug test. since He didnt know this company had that policy he had smoked weed a few days before he put in his application. SWIM's friends have been tellin him that mixing a small amount of bleach with water and drinking it works great for clearing the system but this sounds pretty dangerous for him. SWIM was wondering if anyone here has "actually" tried that method and have proven that he wont die from it.
