In the UK what does "draw" refer to?

I have searched the net all day, and found no straight answer.

What is "draw"?

Basically, SWIM has been asking his friend if he can hash for him. SWIM trusts his friend as he can get hold of good quality weed and wouldn't rip him off. SWIMs friend says he can get "draw" which is "resin" in a sold form. SWIM can only make the conclusion that by "draw" his friend and his dealer means hash. Does anyone know if hash is refered to as "draw" here in England?

SWIMs friend says this "draw" is good quality, and SWIMs friend has used this very same "draw". However, SWIM still can't be sure of the purity of this "draw". I am particularly concerned about soapbar and wouldn't touch the stuff with a barge pole. From what I understand actual hash is more expensive then bud and soapbar is far cheaper then bud. So if SWIM is getting big blocks of it for cheap SWIM could assume it's soapbar.
