Combinations - Tramadol, Soma, and Xanax... OH MY!!

SWIdr just got back from his spring break vacation in Pueto Penasco. He made many trip to various "Phamacias" alot of the time. He first tried asking for controlled prescriptions like hydrocodone and oxycodone (not to mention Ketamine) but it didn't work. Pretty much all of the pharmacies woulndn't sell them due to their legality in Mexico, but SWIdr just had to give it a try . But its also very easy to get a Mexican script from a doc for harder stuff. Most drugstores tried to sell him Naproxen for a high price when he asked for analgésicos, but he denied them saying it wasr "too much". So after 10-15 minutes looking at all the pills SWIdr picked out: two 125# tramadol-50 mg bottles, two carisprodol-350 mg 100# (Soma), and three alprazolam-1mg 30# (Xanax) packs.
So far he has had ALOT of fun with these OTC (Mexico) prescription (US) pills. He bought them for approx. 1/8 the price it is on the streets here in New Mexico, so that really good ! SWIdr now knows why so any people go over the border just to get some meds (and he plans on making many more trips since its only a 4-5 hour drive from his location). Next time SWIdr is going to try any find some really good stuff hiden in the back of the phermacias, haha! Beware about the border patrol and the pharmacists really try and rip the "griengo tueristas". The trick is to keep the disired amount of mula in SWIY's pocket, and they will just sell the pills for that since the pharmicias get them REALLY cheap.

SWIdr is very experienced/smart when combining CNS depressants, so he uses small doses, so don't worry.... But he is glad that SWIY cares enough to warn SWIdr! Thanks!

addendum: when in Rome, do as the vandals; when in Mexico, put your pesos in 2 different pockets - that way when you have to give all the money you got to the first cop, you will still have some left over to get home.

Yes actually, this was SWIdr's hidden agenda in his fun filled trip. He caught roughly 70 fish (Between him and three friends) on a 3-hour fishing trip, rentend ATVs and went "duning" a couple of times, went on a "booze cruise", had a ride on a "banana boat" several and slept in a top floor beach resort penthouse owned by SWIdr's uncle. Yep, SWIdr kept a certain amount of money in each pocket to say "I only have ($20, $5, $50, etc...)" to the locals and in case of a run-in with la policia, haha!

swim's been to Cancun before and swim has had a similar situation. When swim first got there swim was asking (in English) for hydrocodone and oxy as well as xanax or Valium. swim went to the pharmacy that was located in the resort. swim was mostly denied all the good stuff except for tramadol, this actually worked well for sleep in the next couple of days. swim used the internet to find out the spainish names for these wonderful pharmacuiticals. when swim went back to the pharmacy and told him some of the names he said he couldnt give it to swim but there is a place across the street that might.

swim took that chance and walked across the strip. This "pharmacy" looked really ghetto but swim knew it was a good sign bc the store was called "DRUGS". When swim walked up to the door, without even saying anything the man did not let swim in. swim was like wtf and walked around back. There was some men chilling around the bay. swim said "la pharmachia" exactly like that and the men laughed. One of the men told me to follow him to this dock. Feeling a little worried swim took the next chance. He showed me a "brick" of mexican weed that looked actually like a little brick (20 grams). He said 500 peso, swim told him swim only had 400 (40 USD) and he gave it to swim. He then showed me a bag a coke that would blow all my friends back home in new york. It was a PACKED OUT dime bag with a yellowish white powder, swim almost shat his pants when swim saw it.swim thought it was at least 2-4 grams worth, swim didnt think that swim was going toi have the cash for it but once again the mexican dude was like "500 peso" and once again he let swim slide for 40 bucks. He let swim taste it and swim was amazed, coke is dirt cheap in other countries swim guesses. What amazed swim is that this man did not speak one word of english. He mostly used hand guestures to symbolize drug use.

So swim walked away with no pharms . In swim's mind swim thought swim got something so much better in return.
