can swim OD on methadone

can swim OD on methadone if he takes it everyday for a week with no tolerance (1/4 of wafer or 10 mg), to methadone or opiates, what about every other day?

One can overdose on ANY opiate natural or synthetic. It depends on the amount taken. Methadone has killed many people who have taken a dose intended for an addict who had developed tolerance. There was even a case recently of a woman who gave some of her methadone (for addiction) to her infant to try to stop the baby's crying. It worked - permenantly.

Very unlikely. The dose of methadone required to kill most people is pretty high as long as there aren't any other drugs in your body. The one thing that you do have to remember though is that methadone is a cumulative drug. That means that it stays active in a person's system for so long that if you take it for days in a row then you will get higher and higher each day for around 3-4 days. SWIM has learned all of this and more from extensive first hand experience with the drug and doesn't recommend that someone take it for a full 7 days straight if they're just testing the water with it. SWIM would recommend that SWIY take it for no more than 4 or 5 days out of the week. And try to space it out. Back to back days of methadone intoxication are godly but SWIY should be careful if SWIY is just starting out with it.

Swia has so much to hate about methadone, she knows it bad with out H. But it always seems best to just to go threw 4-7 days withdrawal then to endure eventual methadone withdrawal which is much longer and nastier.

^^ Or you have not run out of methadone yet. or not doing it long enough to become dependent on it to not get withdrawal.

SWIM got methadone withdrawals from taking it for two weeks, at no more than 4 to 5 days a week, granted he also uses dope and oxy, and was up to 80 mg of methadone a day or more... the withdrawals are nasty.
