Allergy

Hello everyone,just a quick question.

when swim was younger they were in a horse riding acident and sent to hospital,at the hospital they gave swim morphine for the pain...

swims body turned a yellowish green colour and started to involantarily curl into the fetal position,all the while pins and needles and a coldness ran around swims stomache ,legs and hands..

swim was told this was a serious allergy to morphine and now when they go to hospital,a red band is put round the wrist to alert staff of the this..


years have passed now,and swim has never been tested for proof of an allergy ( perhaps it was shock?)

would anyone have any thoughts on this, and also ...how large a risk do you think it would be for said swim with allergy to try herion?
