jelly in sinuses

swim was recently perscribed 20mg OCs they are generic but he doesn't know the brand. whenever swim snorted these pills he would clear huge balls of jelly from his sinuses a little while later. does anyone know why swim's sinuses would get jelled?

There could be some sort of material in the pill that is designed to prevent people from snorting it by making it jell up. Unfortunately, without a brand I doubt anyone can give a concrete answer on this. However I'm fairly certain that's the case. Hope that helps.
