Side effects - Feeling dizzy days after taking DXM

Hello everyone, this is my first post here.. and i'm hoping to get some help from some experienced users, or someone who has experienced the same problem I am having. About a week ago I tripped on DXM with my friends, i've tripped many times in the past so it wasn't something new to me, but this last time was a REALLY bad trip. The worst trip i've ever had to be exact, my heart was racing, I was having panic attacks, thought I was going to die ect. Anyways, its been roughly a week and i've had this dizzy feeling ever since then and it doesn't seem to be going away.. I plan on going to the doctor in a day or two if it still hasn't gone away... has this happened to anyone else? Did it ever go away? What should I do? to be honest its been starting to scare me more and more every day that it doesn't go away. i keep thinking i caused some permanent damage or something. Anyways, ANY help at all is VERY VERY appreciated. Thanks in advance guys .
