Dihydrocodeinone and Phenyltoloxamine

SWIM has found a preescription medication that contains the following drugs per pill:

5mg Dihydrocodeinone
10mg Phenyltoloxamine

Its possible to get a decent opioid high using this? I heard Dihydrocodeinone its more powerful than Codeine.

that is a very small amount of dhc. It would take a lot of those pills to give swiy a dhc high. Phenyltoloxamine is an antihistamine that isnt commonly used. It does aid in analgesia and if it functions like benedryl (another antihistamine) then it might potentiate the dhc a bit, but still it would take a lot of these pills, and the amount of antihistamine would probably leave swiy very delerious and confused leading to possible bad things happening.

In swims opinion......no, these pills dont have enough dhc in them to get you off. Well if you took enough they would but since they have 10mg Phenyltoloxamine in each pill, it would be a wrong move.

As above. Antihistamines are not the way to go, and Dihydrocodeine is good, but not in those small quantities.

SWIM used to get 120mg dihydrocodeine tablets, intended to be 12 hour time release. SWIM never really found them all that enjoyable compared to oxycodone or hydrocodone. These DHC pills were awesome though to have lying around when the sickness would set in though. SWIM couldn't imagine even an opiate naive person being able to get much effect from a 5mg pill. SWIM had also once come across some instant release manufactured in the US, however they contained proportionally too much caffeine and 750mg of APAP (or some very high amount... can't remember exactly), making them basically useless. SWIM has never really used much codeine, but has heard that DHC has twice the potency of regular codeine... meaning 5mg of DHC would have the effect of roughly 10mg of codeine.

SWIM would suppose however someone who was not accustomed to stronger opiates might become quite fond of DHC.

dihydrocodeinone is another name for hydrocodone. These are a great find! SWIM would start with maybe two or three tablets for a first time recreational dose.
