5-MeO-MIPT report & 5-MeO-DMT synergistic potentiation

My research associate, Dr. Delver, has reported the following results from his ongoing experiments conducted in a research clinic located in a small African nation which shall go unamed:

3:30 hypervigilance, slightly wired feeling
4:17 pm (T+5:07) still buzzin' mildly
4:53 pm hit or so of weed
5:26 pm (T+6:16) slight buzz
7:10 pm (T:8:00) back down to baseline, very tired

Subject X reported overall effects to be threshold psychedelic at their height, Dr. Delver is considering future experiments targeting ~12mg for a dose response comparison.

*5-meo-dmt mint, 200mg/1g (20% active by weight), preparation previously described elsewhere in another post.

Dr. Delver reported that subject X followed up on the above experiment approximately 27 hours later, with an administration of ~10mg 5-MeO-DMT smoked, and commented upon a very noticeable potentiation over what test subject described as "normally expected" response to standardized ~10mg dosage 5-MeO-D, in the sense that every aspect of the experience was at least double normal duration, and intensity was increased over normal, although there was a slight headache (unusual for subject X), and reportedly increased "mental fogginess" especially in the comedown. Seems that recent 5-MeO-MIPT administration potentiated sensitivity to 5-MeO-DMT 27 hours later.
