prolonging GHB effects

How can you prolong GHB effects? SWIM likes the effects which are alcohol-like, but they seem to were off pretty quickly. Also, after an hour or so SWIM gets sleepy.
When SWIM takes some coffeine with alcohol its effects are prolonged for an hour since the body process one substance at a time.
Can some coffeine prolong the effects of GHB, and also remove the tiredness?

SWIM isn't a pro with GHB, but from what he's read people tend to take a larger dose and then smaller doses at intervals to extend the experience.

Caffeine and alcohol are metabolised through two different enzymes; alcohol dehydrogenase turns alcohol into acetaldehyde and some variation of cytochrome p450 liver enzyme takes care of caffeine, though it has other methylxanthines as active metabolites. Caffeine generally removes tiredness with alcohol and makes one feel subjectively more sober.

SWIM'd just redose and take coffeine or some stimulant if he'd felt too groggy. But combining two diuretics(substances which increase urination) results in more nasty hangovers. SWIM can testify about the horrors of the combination of alcohol and caffeine. In addition SWIM's stomach couldn't handle the irritation of both.

One of the favorites of the gay community to prolong the effects of GHB is crystal meth. This has shown to heighten the experience, relieve the drowsiness effect and enhance the pro-sexual results.

Re: prolonging GHB effects

But methamphetamine also takes away some of the effects that people seek with GHB, like the tipsy/drunk feeling of it. This is easily overpowered by methamphetamines strong stimulant effects which makes you much more awake.

As long as you don't smoke the methamphetamine, the over-stimulation is very manageable. Smoking methamphetamine will kill the G buzz, but snorting or eating the meth can produce very pro-sexual effects that are very tipsy/drunk-like. The gays know, they are G/meth party professionals.
