If a cop caught SWIY with salvia?

SWIM was wondering this today, if SWIM were in his car and had a bong and some salvia and was pulled over by the cops.. what does SWIY think would happen? Would the cops understand it is a legal drug and could not charge or take your supplies.. or would they think its a kind of cannabis and drag your ass away?
