EU - Does anyone have the url of the Early Warning System news page?

The REITOX network collects the warnings and findings of all EU countries. New drugs found in EU member states or pollutions of drugs. This early warning system used to be displayed on a belgian gov website, but I can't find it anymore. It was simular to this, but then for the whole EU.

If oneone knows a simular website for the states or other countries, I'd be happy with that as well.

the TREND observation device is part of the early warning system, and probably monitors this website if they have an english reader in the team, that is.
restricted access....wouldn't want to give the evil drug pushers corrupting french youth a headstart he!

here's the latest ( 7th) report of TREND which mentions "a new form of LSD", in december 2006

nothing new, GHB, liquid LSD (drops) and the growing number of cocaine HCl smokers ( yes, HCl....), a new trend, because it is more discreete, bwahahaha... ah, there's something comforting in french incompetence...
