Dose - Kratom Capsules Dosage

SWIM has come into possession of 100 kratom capsules containing "Premium Commercial" powder. Each capsules is said to contain 0.86g of the powder in it. SWIM reads that dosage for this form of powder is 3-5grams. SWIM plans to ingest 4 caps. (4caps*0.86g=3.44g) Is this an accurate and appropriate synopsis and dosage? Thank you, swim is losing hair over this.

Well kratom comes from different sources and has various stregnths like:15X (Supposedly) extract, super premium grade, resin pies, premium grade, and comercial grade. So SWIY may want to double check and make sure he has a good dose for is kind of kratom and not a more potent one. Just remember though, its always good to start out with low doses when trying new substances.

SWIM tried 10 ~1 gram caps with red thai from a reputable supplier (purchased in capsule). SWIM got no effect.

Hmmmmm thats funny, it must have been a bad batch or something. SWIdr just orders premium grade by the pound and grinds up the desired dose with a coffee grinder and stuffs it in 00 capsules. He gets alot more effects than just tea and less nauseu.

swim got 64 malasyan kratom capsules, and took about 10 at a time, which was a nice mellow buzz.
