Drug Testing (heroin)

Swim recently did one of many opiate "cures" and was sober for about 2 weeks. For the last week and a half, however, she has been snorting heroin (a poor substitute for injecting but less chance of getting caught by the parentals). Now her mom, who is wildly suspicious, has decided to drug test. It's been told that it only takes 3 or 4 days for the drug to be out of ones system. So, if swim stops use for 3 or 4 days, she should test clean, right? Is there any way to speed up this process? Or any other ways around this? It's not going to be fun but swim is willing to take a few days off if it means not getting thrown out on her ass by her folks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Swim is aware of the option of using someone else's piss but isn't sure how she would acquire said clean piss. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.
