Metamfepramone seems to be the active compound, which turns out to be methcathinone (not the methylenedioxy version) with an extra methyl group attached.

as well as some caffeine + unknown phen(?)

Anyway hope this isn't old new, couldn't quickly pull up the old thread on this. Thought it deserved a new one anyway.
