How 2 abuse Fentanyl?
Swim has a bunch of patches with the gel inside them. He has been trying to get info on this for a while and cant really find anything. swim read the thread on this site but doesnt know half the time wheather they are talking about the gel type or the non-gel type. The was one thread that said the following will get you a heroin type powder out of it but i think the thread was edited maybe? not sure. Does anyone have any hard (not just hearsay please) facts about abusing the gel-type fentanyl. swim has been going crazy searching for info on this and would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help. by the way. swim has a large tolerance for opiates. 140mg of methadone plus about 2-3 bundles a day. any help? thank you.

SWIM has had nothing but Sandoz (gel patches). Stick a 100mg on SWIY's skin and cut open a 25mg and eat 1/4 of the gel.

SWIM has smoked, IVed, eaten, all the above with patches and honestly sticking them on your skin is the best/easiest way to use them.
