online rx
swim was reading and heard it was legal for foreign pharmacies to sell to u.s. customers as long as they did not advertise.... is this true? swim is just curious because swim read it in a few places.

Hi,
If memory serves, it is legal but does not include controlled or scheduled drugs. Swim believes the situation has changed somewhat and there is now a general crackdown by the present administration from allowing people to do this. In the 90's Swim had no problem obtaining so called "smart drugs." Swim also believes that swiy is supposed to have consulted with a US doctor and have his or her support - something that swim did not bother with. Swim has not done any research on this in years and, as stated above, am only going on memory (apparently the smart drugs didn't work). As always, YMMV mbu37 |
