Tramadol or Tylenol 3

SWIM is in a medical system in which SWIM gets all meds free,and 5 refills.When SWIM went to pcp for pain med SWIM pcp said SWIM was gonna get Tramadol.But SWIM was on ssri ,so pcp gave me t-3 instead 90 per month.Now Swim is off of ssri so SWIM can get Tramadol.With all this Tramadol talk SWIM is jonesing for some.Question is should SWIM have pcp at next visit drop t-3 for tramadol.

Well tramadol could go either way. It could end up being a totally non-euphoric zero recreational pill, or it could end up being pretty good. SWIdr would have to say roughly half the people who have tried it think its a good recreational opiate. But nonetheless it still releives mild-moderate pain weather its euphoric or not. SWIdr would suggest that SWIY ask his doc for a trial run on it before having a long term commitment to just tramadol.

asking for a trial run is probably gonna be the best bet. But as for swims opinion, codeine is a much better choice than tramadol.
