(Hydromorphone HCl) dilaudid 2mg/ml

Sorry guys I haven't posted in ages and I wasn't quite shure if swim should put this in the other dilaudid topic but swim can't think too much right now from the ingestion of about 4 mg alprazolam. Well to begin with swim has a history especially with IV hydromorph given a couple times at the hospital. PURE BLISS. But anyways swim has came across what look like hospital grade 2ml vials of 2mg/ml hydromorphone HCl for injection. It seems like swim can just suck it out of the bottle from a syringe and then IM or IV because that's what swim's been doing. Swim can't believe swim got swims hands on this and IV demerol but it's sooo much cheaper then oxy and hydro euphoria is soo much better. Swim was wondering if anybody else has came across it and what they did/ felt about it.

Hydromorphone in vial form is quite a find, but people prefer different sort of highs. swim has a buddy that LOVES hydrocodone over oxycodone. nobody but him can understand that. swim never really got the same feeling from dilaudid, OC's, vicodin, etc that he got from black tar. swim just loved that black tar feeling cause it was just dirtier, and more of a fucked up feeling. There are a lot more alkaloids in tar, thats what gives it such a punch. dilaudid is more a clean opiate high, but (in swims opinion) lacks all those other alkaloids. Everyone has their favorite opiate, and just because one opiate is stronger than another one doesnt always mean that its better.

Swim got "migraines" during his 2 month stay in the hospital and recieved upwards of 400-650 ml's throughout this time and is a rush like no other ...swim has been on a search for hydromorphone or dilaudid with no luck

If it were SWIM, he would be searching for a needle! Hydromorphone is one of SWIM's favorite highs. SWIY just needs to use caution when using, having naloxone on hand is always great. Have fun, and stay safe!
