swim wasjust desperatly seeking the help of a pain specialist, because he managed to stay awake in the morning and to catch at least some sleep at nights, soo he was ready to get an appointment and I can´t say how much disgusted he is with the whole fascist bunch of old-school medics.

Swim was hit with 60Km/h by a car, which took swims priority, when swim was riding with about 45Km/h down a sligth hill. (it´s strange, because swim always looks, if the cardriver sees swim ,when he´s riding a bike and wether it is obeying swim´s priority or not and in this case the car stopped, with about a million absolutely accident free kilometers and a bomb-proof judgement, that the car driver did see swim, and at a place, swim´s been knowing for 20 years, where no one would stop, when it´s free and if one stopped, one would see a Ninja hidden in an ambush, not to say a bare legged, fast moving and rotating biker at 3pm, with good weather cons. , plus this happend some weeks after a murder threat, swim heard when he was doing, as usually, his shopping and supposed that he was meant, when he hear it, bit for whatever reason swim coudlntß imagine, so he thought he coulnd´t mean swim and he was standing with the back to swim, as well when he said that, but he resembled the later crash driver very well).

So you might imagine, swim injurys were bad, his tibia, the thickest bone of the body was cut entwine and spiking out of the skin. his front teeth were gone, his schoulder and shoulderblade crashed, as well as his neck and his clavicula along with the shoulder joint and all strings gone, not to mention having scars all over the body, shocked knee shoints that will become arthritic because of that incident, some broken rips, lost some good 2L blood... Unfortunately swim had anoher accident, two yearslater, this time his lower back was hit very bad, swim did this sport for a profession, so in a milllion Km, chances fr this to to happen, are better, although the last accident could have been prevented by swim, though he wasn´t guilty, either.

So he´s in constant pain, sometime crawling across the floor with the fear of coughing , sneezing or laughing and the pain his waist will put him in, not to mention, that he´s feeling every cloud that´s passing by, and some strange hurting when the weather changes.

Sometimes, when swim wakes up, he´s just paralyzed, because of all the pain, when he´s waking up, or better creeping along, he also had a skull lesion, his ear and tympano ware damaged and he´s pain there, too and has tinnitus.

he can´t do any work beside 1/3 of his former pro-sport training, but that was enough for the doctor in charge at the wellfare to tell swim, he isn´t in pain, it´s all mental and he can do any work with 100% ability.

Swim has three medical conditions (chronic pain, tinnitus, neck-lesion) of which each alone might severly impair sleep and sleeping pattern, which swim has not had for three years now.

In the USA swim would be a millionaire for the pain he was put through without his fault, his lawyer said, but here, it´s 20.000 shut-up-and-die-if-you-can´t-work-anymore policy, while the insurance company Allianz is building a sport arena for several billions, is making billions of profit and at the same time firing employees. Swim can´t move, cause his wellfare has already been halfed, because it´s no excuse, that swim can´t be on point with appointements and simply falls asleep whenever his body likes to do so, or is wide awake, whenever his body likes to, but, of course, it´s all in his mind and if it´s getting worse, wellfare will be quit completely along with the money for an own appartement, if he had one, not to say, swim has no money to pay a moving, nor has he the physique to move himself anymore)

Ok, so swim seeks help from as pain specialist and this is what she said:

"this is too heavy, we don´t do such things here -you´re using steroids for your back and growth hormone -very bad, this stuff is dangerous and good that´s expensive because it has sides" (yeah, you feel a lot better, sleep better and recover better and gain a huge amount of flexibility and in 600 patient years of high dose adult use, there was not a singel severe incident, the most often side was an edema in the therapy beginning, which subsides, besides steroids being indicated for back lesions and they work and are save and indicated for this condition)

you´re asthmatic and used corticosteroids as well for your pain? (meaning, you littel junky want to get high on corticosteroids and you´re not taking it for the pain -which for swim is the most untrue statement and would love to take a dosage that fits with his asthma and not a bit too much, becasue in the long run it´s destroying the sport-induced natural high for good and it has some ugly sides, especially if not taken along with hgh and steroids as an anti-catabolic strategy, which is tought to be normal medical praxis, in theory).

We pain-specialists all know each other and we don´t do such things, and your muscles are full of tension opiates wouldn´t be good for that and it wouldn´t help for your muscles (-but I´d love to train withotu beiong in miserable pain, or even do normal work and have a sleeping pattern again and be painfree from time to time)

this is the hybris of those academics, that never put a foot óutside th elab or library and will never undersstand what pain is, even better, they will judge you as stupid and weak for getting into pain and wantign to rely on drugs, for help.

Thos people think for themselves, that anyone, abusing a drug beyond its indication, isn´t worth living, because he´s playing with his life and is putting himself in danger, for what they do not have the slightest tolerance and so they´re making up the equation: "drug-user want to die (because one might die of drug-use), so they´re not worth being treated, because they just want to kill themselves and I won´t support that, and they´d be better off dead anyway if they jeopardize their lives, or should be killed or commit suicide, because they´re the mold in society"

maybe it was like:" you´re a fag and I´ll show you how insane it is, doing it the wrong way and exactly the opposite of how it´s supposed to be." the latter one is appelaing because swim read about this clinic, that opiates were not addictive and should be prescribed much more and cannabis was a good therapy for pain in cancer patients.

Ouch, swim lived in germany for 5 years and remembers how absolutly godawful the healthcare was. so he feels for you, so other than buying IV street heroin maybe you should go to another country where opiates are more freely prescribed (such as the good ol' usa ) or get them from an online pharmacy.

DXM is an extremely effective painkiller, if one can stomach it. Don't know how easy it is to get in Germany, though. And it makes people see things if they take too much of it.

Cannabis and opiates would be safer. Good thing we have the medical establishment looking out for us, or some people might be happy.

Swim thinks, that an good old amphetamine would serve him best, the benfits, also according to his allergy, ADS, sleepiness, exhaustion and depression, because of the pain, are numeorus, also swim ses a chance to getting at least some part of his day back and being able to do his chores.

It would also be allowed, cconcerning the regular anti-doping rules for swim,
but then again he doesn´t think that those german krauts will be willing to
prescribe "such a dangerous" medicine, but he´ll ask at least.Opioids are nor swims drug, which he´s liking which is good ´cause sometime h helps really well even for days after stopping, but he really doesn´t like it that much.

I think this pseudo-liberal make-up with advertsing for opiates and cannabis(marinol) was just a trap and to separate the evil dope lurker, if a pain specialist is doing homoeopathy as well, then I think one can let all hope go.

Did I metnion that se saifd they were all in contact, so I couldn´t even dare to suspect a treatement other than aspirine to be bought myself?
