Combinations - Diphenhydramine + dxm = good?

Ok so SWIM has 200 mg of dxm left from last night.
and about 300 mg of diphenhydramine from another night.

200 mg of dxm is usually never strong enough for SWIM, but what would happen if SWIM added about 300 mg of diphenhydramine?

Would that be very dangerious? Pleasent?

I suggest you avoid mixing these substances as I would predict that you could end up confused, agitated and dizzy.

It may well be pleasant if you consider the effects of DXM and Diphen pleasant. The trade-off being that the mix may produce an experience totally different to what DXM and Diphen would produce separately, which SWIY may not expect.

Diphen use is dangerous anyway, and so is DXM (but to a lesser extent). Combining the two has been done many times before, but I recommend against it.

If you wish to try it, have a sitter and be close to a hospital.

Well SWIM wasn't planning on doing this anyways.
But a friend has done it many times and has LOVED it, he also plans on doing it again.

So SWIM just wanted to see HOW DANGERIOUS this mix was just for his own safety as he is to lazy to do the research himself.

Actually what is that like 12 blue diph pills? SWIM Used to take around 22 at a time(around 550mg), and at a few occasions 24.

At First he though a couple were hard hitting, but after some time they were alot easier to handle(Not Tolorance!). Any how it just all depends on how much of diph you can handle?

If u aren't used to it u will just fall asleep. And as far as diphenhydramine goes, after expiramenting with it over 30 highs, it's not even close to too much to handle, it depends on the persons confidence. Diphenhydramine is just a coward, all you have to do is say "screw you" to it, and it's just like a walk in the park! Also, it can make you want to give in to sleep easily, but like I said stair into it's eyes, and it's really easy!

SWIM quit a long time ago. He had a bottle of 100tabs, and somemore from before, but taking diph alone at high doses is kind of a pathetic high once you are used to it. Just like he though with Robo. He used to get it ever week! I suppose the harder a drug is to get the more you want it, but know he realizes Robo & Diph are pathetic. But i mean he still thinks it's good occasionally, especially in combos like SWIYs, which by the way swim thinks is actually a great combo.(Not too much off both for swim)(a whole new high)(maybe not so pathetic).

Firstly, Chunkz, tolerance is exactly what it is. Did you know, that tolerance to Diphen develops literally overnight? If SWIY took 10 25mg pills one night, and 10 25mg pills the next night, he would notice a considerable drop in effects.

Diphenhydramine is in no way a "walk in the park"! Diphenhydramine can and will produce states of total incontrollable delerium. At doses of 550mg which you mention, the "high" (see below) can be terrifying and dangerous.

Well therein lies your problem, Chunkz! Overdo anything and it becomes boring. In my opinion, Dextromethorphan does not get boring until a very long period of use. I suspect your problem was in fact tolerance, as you were doing it every week.

This is funny because iv'e heard manny people talking about delerium, yet swim never has ever had this symptom.

Well I'm very proud of you, Chunkz. My point was that at those doses, Diphenhydramine could cause delerium. It is, to my knowledge, extremely likely for one to wind up delerious after taking 550mg. Maybe one with high tolerance may not, but these warnings must be given.

I think it can be done, but with any drug use recreationally there are risks. It just depends on hos careless one is.

SWIM thinks diphenhydramine is a lovely potentiator for most other drugs, in therapeutic or small recreational doses (100-200mg)

SWIM also recommends trying this mix, and working up to find the right dosage for you. SWIM has found there is a point where you can switch between the two experiences at will, or blend them together.

Of course, he might just think that because he takes too many drugs.

swim has heard of people not being able to urinate for dangerously long periods of time with this combination, although their doses of each may have been higher than swiys.
Either way, unless swiy likes catheters, be careful.

SWIM did sort of this combo some days ago. 100mg Diphenhydramine along with 200mg DXM.
It seemed like the DXM empowered the Diphenhydramine, instead of the Diphenhydramine empowering the DXM.
Although the visuals were stronger, they were harder to focus on something because something would pop in SWIM's mind, like the face of a pretty girl, or a house, or something, the classic Diphenhydramine feeling/tripping ("dreaming while awake", just really awake, and really tripping)

So.... yeah, I agree DXM + Diphenhydramine is not a good idea for a tripping experience. Either take more DXM or take more Diphenhydramine instead.

These two substances have their own feeling and experiences and it is probably best to use one or the other.Swim personally likes diphenhydramine more.It feels abit less "toxic"to him than dxm.For some reason most people prefer dxm though.

SWIM is attempting to do this again tonight, and so far the results have been more than pleasant.

some people might not think these kinds of things are recreational, but with the right combos and right midset, any psychoactive substance can be a friend when bored or needing spiritual guidance.

300mg of DXM, 600mg of dihenhydramine and 800mg of caffeine would be enough for some to cause cardiac arrest. I would suggest curious SWIMs from staying away from this combo. 1 of the components on their own would be sufficient enough for a strong experience by itself.

swim agrees, swim is highly experienced with almost all psychoactives, and swim is also a very hardy person, not just because of weight (210lbs).

taking probably 1/4 of the dose swim posted for the combo would be a good place to start.

also, in regards to swims last post, that night did not work out very well for swim, there was not enough DXM or caffeine, and waaaaay too much DPH. that night swim had 150mg dxm, 1g dph, and 200mg caffeine. proportions are key to having a good experience.

It's a recipe for disaster, at best swimmy will only blackout and most likely swimmy will end in a hosptail getting his stomic pumped
