Adderall and Body
Does eating a lot on adderall and ritalin prolong the effect or shorten them? Also how much muscle do you think is lost if you take enough adderall just to have energy to get thru the day?

Usually eating is hard to do on stimulants. I think it would not have aan effect on the duration. If you eat before you take the drug, than of course the come up will take longer. No muscle should be lost if you eat, if you dont than obviously you will lose weight, happened to many friends with scripts.

SWIM finds that taking Adderall on a full stomach makes it a bit weaker and shorter in duration. As for muscle loss I'm not sure that amphetamines are going to cause muscle loss. As fizzle said SWIY has to make sure he eats if he doesn't want to lose weight. If SWIY thinks that Adderall could be the culprit of muscle loss he should consult his doctor, if he has one.
