How much water should swim drink

SWIM read that approximately one liter/hour of water is good. SWIM suggests trying Gatorade, it worked well for SWIM and only drank 715ml in a 2hour timeline, then he switched to water for the remaining of the night. A few fruits can be good; bananas, apples are some of SWIM's favourites.

I wouldn't recommend making an issue of water intake while using ecstasy. If SWIY gets thirsty, just drink a glass of water like one normally would, don't drink too much water or worry about it that much. It can be quite difficult to urinate on ecstasy so over-drinking is undesirable because it puts extra pressure on the kidneys.

Thats an old wives tale. Some people freak out on X and think water will bring them down, and start knocking it back, resulting in water poisoning. Dont avoid drinking water.

Too much water is bad for you while rolling. I say drink only if you get thirsty!

Smurf suggests maybe alittle more then normal but nothing insane(Also depends on what one is doing while rolling). You dont want to OD on water....

haha, SWIM remembers at new years id done about 6 pills and had just double dropped about an hour previously. every time SWIM drank some water SWIM felt like it was goin in huge slow blobs. Fucking trippy. Also the water bottle was only about 250ml (stingy bloody london club) but wen SWIM was drinking it and looking up at it, it seemed like a huge 2 litre bottle. But yeah just drink wen ur thirsty or drink how u normally drink. SWIM gets by normally wth about a litre a day sometimes less, so SWIM never drinks that much wen SWIM is on it. Also it makes you pee llooaaddss wen you start to come down which is never good whilst on public transport trying 2 remain inconspicous at about 9am wen everyone's off to work....

Drink what you feel like drinking, but pay attention to whether or not you're thirsty.

Oh and SWIM has never had a problem urinating while rolling... (He took a shit on his first trip and described it as one of the most relieving feelings in the world... yea, it was good stuff...)

SwiMs friends take a shit in order to come up. Their come up dump has become a bit of a ritual. SwiM has yet to partake.
