So guys and gals. Anybody have some tips on how to meet fellow chemically inclined individuals offline? (for those that forget that means outside of the house/apartment/car.)


Swim always fantasizes about sharing the contents of his magic box with someone like minded. He has done so with fellow males before, but never in a one on one environment with a member of the opposite sex. Theres gotta be some girls out there who are as fascinated as he is about these analogues or can at minimum appreciate the research he does with them... Problem is 99% of the population outside of these boards either have no concept of the difference between research / abuse.
I guess to make very long story short how does one bring up to person of interest, the offer to show them the universe? without her catching some vibe of swim being some sort of addict or just wanting to get her in the sack... ?

You should try big events like Burning Man and such. Goto Loveparade, goto Ibiza and you should get more friends. Traveling is good too. I made lot of friends, it is very easy to get new friends at the right places.. sometimes I do nothing, they come after me anyway you can too. =)=)

SWIM has met a few girls that were open to the idea of talking about drugs. I think the main idea is to try to slowly turn into the subject while people are having a discussion. And state the facts that you know, that drugs can have many beneficial affects, they have been used for psychotherapy but also note that not everyone has a personnality to be able to handle drugs and that more often then not people who become addicted often have deep psychological pain due to their past.

It is hard to find people I will agree, but I think its just important to not be shy about it and share our knowledge with them. SWIM would love to find a woman to share experiences with (while tripping not just talking about it) and theyre out there, we just need to get the word out instead of hiding and show drug users are responsible people.

Go to festivals and outdoor music concerts. Wear erowid t-shirt, or pink floyd tshirt to catch the eye of those familiar, etc. It's pretty easy to find trippers at festivals.

swim has had pretty good luck with craigslist, searching in casual encounters. it takes a little while to learn to to spot the bullshit posts but once you get the hang of it its pretty good. swim claims to have met 3 women in about 3 months all of which had that special morally casual attitude that he was looking for. oh and if there are any morally casual women in the long island area feel free to drop me a note and i'll gladly pass it along.
