LSA + Zingiber

Dunno how popular/known a herb zingiber is everywhere else, but here it's been a traditional herb for alleviating nauseatic effects for a long time.
If anyone knows about this, then could he/she give his/her opinion about whether or not it would be safe/reasonable to take it with HBWR seeds... to avoid the heavy nausea.

Also are the seeds MEANT to come out eventually? Do they like screw something up inside you if you don't puke 'em out?
If so, then SWIM'd rather hold em in for a while and then puke 'em out.

Any help appreciated - may include other Tips'n'Tricks
